How to bake pain de mieパン・ド・ミの焼き方

Pain de mie
Ingredients(A loaf)
Bread flour・・・・・250g
Butter・・・・・15g
Sugar・・・・・17g(2 Tablepoon)
Skim milk・・・・・6g(1 Tablespoon)
Salt・・・・・5g(1 Teaspoon)
Water・・・・・190g(mL)
Dry yeast・・・・・1.4g(1/2 Teaspoon)
※When the room temperature is over 25℃, put 180g (ml) of cold water (around 5℃)

CAUTION
●Do not touch steam port. You may get burnt.
●Do not touch the heated section such as bread container, the machine itself, or heater. It can cause burns.
●When you take the bread container, use mittens for sure.
●Put right amount of each ingredients, or set the right menu you make. It cause a breakdown.
