You can use the IH cooking heater to heat food such as stir-fry, simmering, and deep-frying.

Press the STOP +GO button during cooking to keep the unit warm.
Press again to return to adjust the heating level.

Caution:

When preheating with a small amount of oil, please be careful not to overheat by turning the heat down to low.
The temperature of the oil may rise rapidly and the oil may ignite.
The pan may become red-hot.

If you do not operate any buttons immediately after turning on the power, the unit will turn off itself.
