1. Remove the battery cover and press the reset button; you will hear the beeps twice and a green light will flash.
2. Enter a new PIN (3-8 digits), and press the # key.
When you hear the beep twice and the green light flashes twice, your new PIN is set.
4. If 5 beeps and the red light flashes, the setting has failed. Repeat the step 1-3 above to set it right.*Try to see if the new PIN works with the door open before locking it.

5. To lock, close the door and turn the knob counterclockwise.
6. To open enter the PIN and then #, and turn the knob clockwise within 5 seconds.
