The local food that represents Asakusa/Tokyo’s gourmet ”Dojo (loaches)” can be tasted in here.
This is an old established Dojo restaurant since 1903. All the loaches used in here is domestic nature products. They are prepared with soy sauce based soup which removes the fishy smell away and makes them tasteful instead. Among various menus such as ”Marunabe”: the pot dish with a whole loach and ”Nukinabe”: opened and prepared loaches cooked with burdocks, ”Yanagawanabe” which is the pot dish cooked with eggs is the recommended if you are trying loaches for the first time. Kushiyaki, the grilled stick is the original menu only in here. Let’s order them together with a pot dish.
