The previous master opened this Hanaya more than 60 years ago as a small restaurant. The master now trained to serve Edomae-Tempura for cheapest as possible. Fresh ingredients brought in every day covered by crunchy fried crumbs. The combination with the secret sauce is all calculated, creates a perfect harmony altogether. It is not written on the menu, but a soba bowl will be served together with a lunch set. 750 yen for a portion, additional big portions are available for free.
