Saitamaya Koume埼玉屋小梅

A Japanese snack shop inherits the tradition since the Edo period.
”Saitamaya Koume” opened in 1897, running for over 120 years. The highest grade of ingredients is used such as Kyoto Dainagon brand red beans. ”Sakurabashi Manju” is the masterpiece rice cake made with Kyoto-Tamba yam potato skin covers the sweet red beans fillings with a scent of cherry blossoms, slightly salty to emphasize the sweetness. ”Koume Dango” is the three colored rice cakes with filtered red beans and plum fillings covered with sesame, kinako powder and seaweeds. Popular menu red beans are always fully booked. Eat-in corners are available.
